My Child brushes her teeth as she has been taught to as usual, and after the brushing, with the foam remaining, just put the device mouthpiece into mouth for another 20 seconds of auto brushing, it is easy and fun for my child, and she loves it and has been encouraged to brush teeth a few more times a day after meals.
